Karen Poston
Having worked with Dr. Witsell since 1995, Karen Poston has been working for the Division of Otolaryngology at Duke since 1987. Ms. Poston supports Dr. Witsell in his clinical office by coordinating surgeries and facilitating patient care and communication. Karen enjoys aerobic activities, boating and is an avid Tar Heel fan. |

Anita James, RN
A graduate from the Watts Hospital School of Nursing in Durham, Ms. James has worked in the Division of Otolaryngology for 28 years and is the Assistant Head Nurse of the ENT clinic. She enjoys antiquing, growing roses, traveling and watching both golf and basketball. |

Jackie Fuller, RN
A graduate from UNC at Greensboro School of Nursing, Ms. Fuller has been in the Division of Otolaryngology at Duke since 1987. She works closely with Dr. Witsell in his clinical practice and provides quality patient care and education. Ms. Fuller enjoys cooking, reading and aerobic exercise. |

Jacqueline Tilley
After graduating from Kings College in Raleigh, Ms. Tilley received her degree in Office Assistive Technology from Durham Technical Community College. As the Financial Care Counselor for the Division of Otolaryngology, she supports the ENT clinic by facilitating insurance approvals and exploring financial matters. Ms. Tilley enjoys fishing, gardening and softball. |

Tasha Carmon
Though she graduated from UNC at Chapel Hill, Ms. Carmon has been at Duke since 2000 as the Clinical Trials Coordinator for the BEST ENT physician research network. Her hobbies include baking, traveling and spending time with family and friends. |
